To better serve you and improve our business processes, we are implementing a significant upgrade to our Parts & Service Departments, merging them into one. The Aftermarket AS ONE Experience will implement changes on June 4, 2021.
In planning the changes coming in June, we have made every effort to minimize disruption to our customers, while allowing time to better serve you. There are, however, a few impacts that we want you to know about:
Our new AS ONE Experience model is made up of three teams specific to the territories we serve. Each team will consist of a dispatcher, parts coordinator, service quote writer, lead tech, and assigned technicians. Our updated phone system will prompt a selection based on the territory from which you are calling from. The structure of the customer call will not change, however, your point of contacts may, as well as introductions to new names and faces.
Be assured that every effort has been made to streamline the transition and communicate all necessary information to YOU, our customers.
We’re confident that these changes will allow us to provide the best customer experience in the Chicagoland area.
